Last year we came together to collaborate & support each other with a focus on rapid industry-wide transformation as we continue to work together to support injured people with their recovery journey.
PIEF 2025 was structured around four streams: Issues, Impact, Innovation & Inspiration where we spoke on emerging issues facing the industry; the impact of issues on service delivery, outcomes and workforce planning; solutions which have evolved to address current and emerging issues and future thinking; and hearing the stories of lived experience, successful and challenging solutions.
We were joined by some exceptional keynote speakers, who really opened our eyes in particular to AI, to Gen Z in the workforce, and powerful insights on leadership, resilience, and rebuilding systems under pressure.
Moving forward to this year’s conference, we’re taking the conference to the home of PIEF, and also the home of TAC, WorkSafe Victoria, and the NDIA – The beautiful and vibrant city of Geelong, in Victoria.
It’s the first time the conference has been to Geelong, and we look forward to welcoming you all to Victoria’s second biggest city, and to the brand new event space called Nyaal Banyul, Geelong Convention and Event Centre.
