The annual PIEF Conference is Australia’s premier conference & awards for the Personal Injury & Disability Industry. It will be held from 25-27 October at Nyaal Banyul Geelong Convention and Event Centre in Victoria, Australia.

We come together to collaborate and support each other with a focus on rapid industry-wide transformation as we continue to work together to support injured people with their recovery journey.  PIEF 2026 provides a unique opportunity for industry practitioners and key stakeholders to network and gain valuable insights and learnings as we adapt to current and future social, economic and technical environments.

We invite interested individuals and organisations to submit proposals to present sessions.  We thoroughly encourage more dynamic, engaging and creative formats than standard “breakout room presentations” to facilitate both structured insight-sharing and interactive problem-solving. 

Submitted proposals will be reviewed by our industry judging panel, with the final program design completed by the conference committee.  Diversity is a key factor in our speaker/presenter selection process, ensuring a range of perspectives and experiences are represented. When proposing speakers/presenters, please consider core diversity principles, including gender, ethnicity, industry background, and diverse ways of thinking and expressing ideas. All accepted speakers receive a discounted registration fee.

Submissions are open from 11/3/26 until 5pm AEST on 6/5/26.  Results advised 22/7/26 and program launched on 27/7/26.  Please note, unlike other years, dates will not be extended.
