The conference attracts delegates working in the personal injury and disability management industry from all across Australia.
It showcases initiatives that have achieved exceptional outcomes and industry best practice in motor accident (compulsory third party), workers’ compensation, disability and life insurance sectors.
The conference will provide delegates and sponsors an outstanding opportunity to make important industry connections, discover new practices and trends and showcase how the industry is evolving.
In 2022 the focus of our conference is Together, Today & Tomorrow.
This stream will look at ways to which we can collaborate, share approaches to common issues and opportunities that face our industry. It is a forum to explore better practices and leverage lessons that will allow us to transform our industry to better support people impacted by personal injury and disability.
Disruptive and challenging times over the past two years has impacted us socially, economically, technologically as we responded to the Covid-19 pandemic. This has caused our industry to rapidly adapt and change the way we operate and deliver services.
In this stream, we will discuss and learn how our industry has transformed itself, and consider contemporary issues and the opportunities to rethink the status quo.
In this stream we will look at how coming together and using today’s knowledge and learnings, we can plan for a better tomorrow. We will discuss policy, governance, operational strategies, and levering evidence-based research to future proof this very important industry.

Dr Wallace is the CEO of Ethical AI Advisory, the Chair of Venture Capital fund Boab AI and she was the Founder of Flamingo AI, a Machine-Learning company with headquarters in New York and Sydney. She has been recognised by The Australian Financial Review as the most influential woman in business & entrepreneurship and by the Royal Institution of Australia as a most pre-eminent scientist.
Dr Norman Swan is Australia’s most respected health journalist, broadcaster and commentator. He hosts RN’s Health Report and since the COVID-19 pandemic, co-hosted Coronacast, a daily podcast on the coronavirus. He is also a reporter and commentator on the ABC’s 7.30, Midday, News Breakfast and Four Corners and a guest host on RN Breakfast.
