If the event is postponed* or cancelled.

If requested prior to 1 August 2026.

50% REFUND

If requested between 1 August and 25 September 2026.

NO REFUND

If requested after 27 September 2026.

If a registrant is unable to attend, by arrangement, they can nominate someone else to attend in their place.

If monies are outstanding for tickets, those tickets may not be accepted as entry to the event.
